1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Navimuth (“the Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
Navimuth is a marketplace platform that connects professional coaches with clients seeking coaching services. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not a party to the actual coaching relationship.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Coach Services
Coaches are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Navimuth. All coaching services are provided directly by the coaches. Navimuth does not provide coaching services.
5. Payments and Fees
Clients pay coaches through the Platform. Navimuth charges a 15% commission on each session booking. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, and the coach will receive payment.
7. Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Coaching services provided through this Platform are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need mental health support, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.
8. Limitation of Liability
Navimuth is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of the coaching services provided by coaches. We act solely as a marketplace platform.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: (a) violate any laws, (b) infringe on intellectual property rights, (c) harass or abuse others, (d) attempt to circumvent payment systems, or (e) misrepresent credentials or services.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
